Stargate SG-1, Episode 2.10, Bane.   After Teal'C is stung by an extraterrestrial insect and begins producing alien DNA inside his body, Maybourne arrives at SG-1 with authorization to remove him for studying elsewhere. While on route to a different facility, Teal'C escapes and the hunt is on to find him before his transformation becomes irrevocable.

Note:  While hiding out in an abandoned building Teal'C is befriended by a young girl who is worried that he may be a "sitting duck" for the search parties. Teal'C responds, "And ducks are bad?" an inside joke referring to the fact that Christopher Judge was a University of Oregon Duck.  At least one other football joke, regarding Stanford, was made in another episode.  There are probably more.
