Off Season (2001).  Portrays Mel Breskin, manager (and owner?) of a second-rate Florida motel.  Result: Lots of loud shirts.

Offbeat little story about a young orphan and his attempts to deal with the harsh realities of life at an early age.  Nice work by all concerned, both in front of and behind the camera.
