Christmas Comes to Willow Creek (1987).  Portrays an unnamed (and borderline smart ass) police sergeant who has a run in with two brothers trying to take a load of Christmas presents to Alaska.  Result: No real grinches to speak of.

Sentimental tale of mended relationships and miracles at Christmas time.  Canada doubles for Alaska once again.
